The Protein Brewery builds large-scale demonstration facility

Last week, our partner The Protein Brewery announced that the head office will move to the building at Mijkenbroek 3 in Breda in early 2022. At the same time, the construction of the demo plant will start, an innovative brewery with a surface area of 1,500 m2 and a production capacity of thousands of tons per year. An exciting and important milestone in the company’s development, commercialization of their first product, Fermotein®. Also an important development in the region, to focus on the #proteintransition together with all partners of the Green Protein Excellence Center.
